Workouts

The NYU Cycling club has 2 to 3 workouts, ie coached rides, each week, but our group rides are not limited to those.

Feel free to contact us on Facebook Group to propose/announce a group ride.

We are not very creative when it comes to a pick up a ride, here are some our favorite rides:

Using the above links you can where we normally meet, our usual routs with its distance and terrain type, you should always be able to navigate your way back home!

At the beginning only basic handling skills will be expected from you, but you will be expected to develop those with us, so we can be more confortable (and safe) while riding as group.

With time you be able to develop more advanced skills, for example, you will be able to workout through a
ROTATING PACELINE

For one to ride well in a paceline, you must first have fairly good bike handling skills!
